Toy Xchange: A UX Study

Nowadays, people are heavy users of buy, sell, and trade platforms but not every software application is perfect. Users main concerns are mainly payment security and product authenticity.

Toy Xchange is an essential application for multiple users because it will give them the security and safety they need. It will also have a wider choice of items, a friendly space to chat, a secured payment transaction and many more.

There are different competitors already available in the market. Those apps already have security features, but with Toy Xchange, we will implement a third verification feature that is not automated.

To become a member of the app, we will implement a 24-hour window period for the user signup verification process where they can upload real IDs and have an actual person review them.
